Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At URBN, we’re all about getting you the right fit, the right style, and the right experience. But in case something doesn’t quite work out — we’ve got your back with a simple and smooth return, exchange and refund policy.
🔁 Returns Made Easy
Didn’t love what you got? No problem.
You can return your order within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
● Size doesn’t fit
● Wrong item received
● Manufacturing defect
To be eligible for return:
● Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
● Tags must be intact and not removed
● Footwear must be returned in original box
🔄 Exchanges — Size or Color? Sorted.
Want a different size or color? We offer free exchanges on most products (subject to availability). Just raise a request within 7 days of delivery.
● If we have the item in stock, it’ll be shipped out after the returned item passes quality check.
● If not, we’ll offer a refund or store credit—your choice.
💸 Refund Policy
We offer full refunds for eligible returns.
Prepaid orders: Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 3–5 working days after QC approval.
COD orders: We’ll reach out for your bank/UPI details, and process the refund via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 working days.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Some items can’t be returned due to hygiene and safety:
● Innerwear, boxers, socks
● Accessories like caps, wristbands
● Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during clearance sales
● Products with damaged tags or signs of wear
📦 How to Raise a Return or Exchange
1. Go to My Orders → Choose the item → Click on Return/Exchange
2. Select reason and preferred resolution
3. Our delivery partner will pick up the product from your location
🚚 Pickup & Reverse Logistics
● Reverse pickups are available in most pin codes
● In case your area isn’t serviceable, we’ll request you to self-ship and reimburse standard shipping charges
🛑 Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, it can be returned post-delivery.
